Job brief SASOL is looking for a warehouse workers to participate in our warehouse operations and activities. You will store materials, pick, pack and scan orders. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction.____________ ———— ___________ Responsibilities Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship) Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store) Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation Complete diary logs into inventory Report any discrepancies Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations___________ ————- ___________ ____________ —————- ____________ ————- ____________ —————- ____________ Fraud Alert! Requirements

Proven working experience as a warehouse worker Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods Good organisational and time management skills Ability to lift heavy objects Current forklift licence High school degree___________ ————- ___________ ____________ —————- ____________ ————- ____________ —————- ____________ Administrative tasks around maintenance and project activities -Hold weekly plan, do, review meetings with service providers to ensure that service requests are completed within timeframes and according to expectations -Check all service provider costs and ensure it is aligned to the contractual agreement -Ensure systems are updated -Ensure final job cards and invoiced are processed within a week of work completion -Participate in quarterly meeting with vendors and Supply Chain to review contract scope and assess if still suitable -Maintain a maintenance plan for buildings/terrain in scope of work.
